Lenox VIP Transport ("Lenox," "we," "us") provides chauffeured ground transportation in Orlando and Central Florida. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through lenoxtransport.com.

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to quote and run a trip.

  • Contact details you give us: first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Trip details you give us: pickup and drop-off locations, pickup date and time, number of passengers, vehicle preference, flight information, car seat requirements, and any notes you add.
  • Quote details generated on the site: the estimated ride price, the gratuity percentage you approved, and the resulting total.
  • Messaging consent: whether you have opted in to receive text messages, when you did so, and how.
  • Usage data collected automatically: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is arranged separately by our reservations team.

Why We Collect It

  • To prepare and return your quote, and to confirm availability for the trip you requested.
  • To contact you about that request by phone, email, or text message.
  • To dispatch and operate the trip, including sharing what your chauffeur needs to complete it.
  • To keep records required for accounting, insurance, and regulatory purposes.
  • To understand which pages and services people use, so we can improve the site.

Who Receives It

Submitting a quote request sends your information to the following service providers, each of which processes it on our behalf:

  • Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) hosts this website and receives the contents of every form submission.
  • Limo Anywhere is our reservation and dispatch system. Your name, contact details, and trip details are created as a lead there so our team can quote and schedule the ride.
  • Airtable holds an internal trip board used to track quote requests through to completion.
  • Twilio transmits the text messages we send you, and receives the mobile number and message content required to deliver them.
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim converts the pickup and drop-off addresses you enter into map coordinates. Only the address text is sent; your name and contact details are not.
  • Google Analytics 4 receives anonymized usage data about how the site is used, including which quote steps were completed. It does not receive your name, email, or phone number.
  • Chauffeurs and affiliate operators receive the trip details needed to perform your ride. On trips we subcontract to a vetted partner operator, that operator receives your name, contact number, and itinerary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may contact you by text about the specific trip or quote you requested. Typical messages are quote follow-ups, reservation confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, pickup reminders, and changes to a scheduled ride. Message frequency varies and depends on your reservation activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts; we will still be able to reach you by phone or email about your trip. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing text messages without separate, explicit consent, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of booking a ride.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number is shared only with the vendors that operate our reservation, dispatch, and messaging systems on our behalf, and with the chauffeur or affiliate operator performing your specific trip so they can reach you on the day.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish repeat visitors and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests and trip records are retained for as long as needed to operate the business and satisfy accounting, tax, and insurance obligations. Requests that never become trips are retained so we can recognize you if you come back to us later. You may ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email or call (407) 308-2803 and we will handle it. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, have these rights by statute. We extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We do carry children as passengers, and in that case the booking adult provides the relevant details.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to our reservation system is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
