These terms apply to transportation services provided by Lenox VIP Transport ("Lenox," "we," "us") in Orlando and Central Florida. By requesting or taking a ride with us, you agree to them.

Quotes vs. Confirmed Reservations

A price shown on this website is an estimate for the trip you described, and submitting the form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed reservation. Your ride is confirmed only when our reservations team confirms it with you directly by email, text, or phone.

We recommend requesting standard rides 24 to 48 hours ahead. Weddings, large events, and group vehicles should be reserved weeks in advance.

Pricing

Our rates are all-inclusive: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard wait time, and meet-and-greet at the airport are all in the quoted price. The estimate shown on the website is a firm price for the trip exactly as you described it. Once our reservations team confirms your price, that is the price you pay. We do not add surge pricing, fuel surcharges, or fees after the fact, and we do not re-price a confirmed ride because our own costs moved.

A quote applies to the trip as described. If the trip materially changes (additional stops, a different vehicle, extra passengers beyond capacity, a significantly different route, or added hours), the price may change, and we will tell you before the ride.

Gratuity is shown as a separate line and confirmed with you before you pay. The default is 20%, adjustable by you. Your chauffeur receives 100% of the gratuity.

Child safety seats are provided at no charge. Tell us the children’s ages when you request the ride.

Wait Time

  • Airport pickups: we track your flight, and 30 minutes of wait time from actual landing is included at no charge on domestic arrivals, and 45 minutes on international arrivals. The clock starts when your flight lands, not at the scheduled pickup time, so a delayed flight is not penalised.
  • All other pickups — including airport departures and FBO arrivals: 15 minutes of wait time is included. Beyond that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate, as long as we have been able to reach you and you have told us you are on your way. If we cannot reach you at all, the no-show terms below apply instead.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancel or change a confirmed reservation by calling (407) 308-2803 or emailing . Please call rather than email for anything inside 24 hours.

  • Sedan and SUV, airport transfers and point-to-point: cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup at no charge. Inside 3 hours, the full fare applies.
  • Sedan and SUV, hourly and as-directed: cancel at least 24 hours before pickup at no charge.
  • Sprinter Vans, transfers and hourly alike: cancel at least 7 days before pickup at no charge.
  • Mini-coaches, motor coaches, and limousine-style vehicles: cancel at least 14 days before the date at no charge.
  • Personal-driver engagements: a single day follows the sedan/SUV hourly window above — 24 hours' notice. Weekly, monthly and seasonal engagements require 48 hours.
  • Travel outside the United States: 24 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter Vans, and 30 days for coaches and limousine-style vehicles.

No-shows. Running late is not a no-show. If you call us, or answer when we call, your chauffeur holds the vehicle and the wait is billed as described above — nothing more. A no-show is when we cannot reach you at all. We will try you by phone and by text; if we still have not heard from you and no passenger has appeared within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup, the trip is treated as a no-show and the full fare applies. Airport arrivals are the exception. There the clock does not start at the scheduled pickup at all — it starts when your flight actually lands, and you have the full complimentary wait above (30 minutes domestic, 45 international) before any no-show applies. A delayed flight can never make you a no-show. Please call us if plans change; we would far rather move the ride than charge for one nobody took.

If we cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason other than the conditions described below, you owe nothing.

Minimum hours

As-directed and hourly engagements carry a minimum of 4 hours on every vehicle we sell — sedans, SUVs, Sprinter Vans and motor coaches alike. A transfer converted to hourly service on the day is subject to the same minimum.

In the Vehicle

  • Passenger and luggage capacity is limited to what each vehicle is rated for; those limits are safety limits and cannot be exceeded.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts where fitted. Children must ride in an appropriate safety seat.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Alcohol may not be consumed by anyone under 21, and open-container law applies to the passenger compartment where relevant.
  • Illegal substances and weapons are prohibited.
  • You are responsible for the cost of damage or excessive cleaning caused by your party. A minimum of $250 is assessed for trash, spills, or soiling that requires the vehicle to be taken out of service, and the full cost of any necessary repair is invoiced.
  • Our chauffeur may end a trip, without refund, if the safety of passengers or the chauffeur is at risk.

Delays & Conditions Beyond Our Control

We plan routes in advance and track flights, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, acts of government, or other conditions outside our control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will arrange a comparable replacement through our vetted partner network wherever possible.

Lost Property

Tell us as soon as you notice something is missing and we will search the vehicle and hold anything found. We are not responsible for property left in a vehicle, but we will make a genuine effort to return it.

Subcontracted Service

Some trips, particularly outside Central Florida, are performed by vetted affiliate operators. We select and hold those operators to our standards and remain your point of contact throughout.

Onboard amenities described on this site (bottled water, snacks, and Wi-Fi) are standard in vehicles we own and operate. On a trip performed by an affiliate operator those amenities may vary. Tell us what you need when you book and we will confirm it for your specific trip.

Text Messaging Terms

Lenox VIP Transport operates two separate text messaging programs. Both are described here.

1. Client trip messaging

What the program is. We send text messages to clients about a specific quote, reservation, or trip. Typical messages are quote follow-ups, reservation confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, pickup reminders, arrival notifications, and changes to a scheduled ride.

How you opt in. You are enrolled only if you take one of these actions:

  • You check the box consenting to receive text messages on the quote request form on this website;
  • You give your mobile number to our reservations team by phone or email and tell them you would like trip updates by text; or
  • You text us first at the number we publish.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can book, ride, and be served entirely by phone and email.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your reservation activity. A typical trip generates between two and six messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

2. Operator and chauffeur dispatch messaging

What the program is. We send text messages to chauffeurs, affiliate operators, and subcontracted partners about work we are offering or have assigned. Typical messages are trip offers and requests for quotes, assignment confirmations, itinerary changes, pickup reminders, and status requests.

How you opt in. You are enrolled only if you provide your mobile number to Lenox as a dispatch contact under an operator, affiliate, or employment agreement, or you separately confirm to us that you want dispatch messages at that number. This program is not offered to the general public.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on trip volume.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving text messages at that number. We will send one confirmation message and then send nothing further to that number. You can rejoin at any time by texting START or by asking us to re-enroll you.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (407) 308-2803 or .

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your reservation and does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about a trip you have booked.

How we handle your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information you give us is shared only with the vendors that operate our reservation, dispatch, and messaging systems on our behalf, and with the chauffeur or affiliate operator performing your specific trip. Our full Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

Carrier and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the version in effect when your ride is confirmed is the one that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
