Vacation Rental Transfers · Orlando

Your Villa Is Thirty Miles
From Baggage Claim.

Private transfers between Orlando airports and the vacation home communities south of Disney — ChampionsGate, Reunion, Solterra, Windsor Island, Windsor Hills, Encore, Davenport and Four Corners. One vehicle for the whole party, a week of luggage, car seats fitted before we leave, and a price fixed before you fly.

Why This Trip Is Not a Hotel Transfer

The Rental Corridor Sits Well Outside the Resort Area

Orange County restricts short-term rentals, which is why almost every Orlando vacation home is in Osceola or Polk County — ChampionsGate, Reunion, Davenport, Four Corners. That puts your front door roughly 25 to 35 miles from Orlando International, against about 20 to a Disney resort hotel, on I-4 through the worst of the traffic.

The distance is only half of it. A villa party is rarely two people with carry-ons. It is eight to twelve travellers, a week of checked bags, a stroller or two, and often car seats — arriving together on one or two flights, at a house with no front desk and nobody waiting.

  • One vehicle for the whole party. Nobody splits across two cars and arrives twenty minutes apart at a house they cannot get into yet.
  • A week of luggage actually fits. We size the vehicle from your bag count, not your head count.
  • Car seats at no charge, fitted and checked before the chauffeur leaves for you. See our family car service.
  • A price fixed when you book. Six flights landing at once does not change it, and neither does a 9pm arrival.
  • We know the gate codes matter. Most of these communities are gated. Give us the community and the address and we will get to the right door.

Four Ways Guests Use Us

What a Rental Week Usually Needs

Arrival and departure

The two trips every stay needs, booked together. Your chauffeur tracks the inbound flight and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign. Complimentary wait time runs from when the aircraft actually lands — 30 minutes domestic, 45 international — so a delay costs you nothing. The return is pre-arranged to your flight, not requested on the morning.

A supermarket stop on the way in

A very common request, and easier on the way from the airport than driving back out later. Publix and Walmart both sit minutes off the route to ChampionsGate and Davenport. Tell us when you book and we build the stop into the quote rather than surprising you with it on the meter.

Park and outing days

Point-to-point runs to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, dinner in Winter Park or a day at the coast. Booked per trip, with the same vehicle and the same flat pricing as your airport transfer.

A driver for the whole stay

For larger groups and longer stays, one dedicated chauffeur by the day is often better value than eight separate bookings, and simpler to manage. Details and day rates are on our personal drivers page; multi-day and full-week arrangements are quoted directly.

An Honest Comparison

The Other Ways to Get to a Villa

Every one of these is the right answer for somebody. Here is when it is not.

Rideshare

Fine for two or three people with light bags. Past that the villa corridor is where it breaks: an XL holds six passengers but not six people's week of luggage, car seats are effectively unavailable, a 30-mile fare to Davenport is not the short hop people expect, and late arrivals surge. Two cars is not cheaper than one van.

A rental car

Genuinely sensible for a long stay where you want a car all week. The cost is the counter queue after a travel day, car seats you install yourself in a garage, and driving I-4 for the first time at night with everyone tired. Many families rent mid-week instead and are driven in and out.

Shared shuttles

The cheapest reserved option, and it is not private. You wait for the van to fill, then ride through other parties' drop-offs. That is tolerable to a resort hotel on I-Drive and long to a house in Four Corners, where you are usually last.

A reserved private transfer

One vehicle, one flat price known before you fly, someone watching the flight, seats already fitted, and a chauffeur who handles the bags. For a group at a vacation home, this is usually the whole decision.

For Hosts and Property Managers

A Transport Partner You Can Put in the Guest Guidebook

If you manage vacation homes in Central Florida, arrival is the part of the stay you cannot control and get blamed for anyway. A guest who lands at 10pm, waits forty minutes for a car that will not take a car seat, and reaches a dark house at midnight writes that review about your property.

We work with hosts and management companies as the named transport option in pre-arrival emails, digital guidebooks and in-home welcome packets. What that involves:

  • A booking link of your own for your guidebook or pre-arrival email, so we can tell you what it produces.
  • One named contact here, not a call centre, for anything that needs sorting on a travel day.
  • Rates quoted from your communities, so your guests see a real number rather than "contact us".
  • Group vehicles and free car seats, which is most of what your guests actually ask you about.
  • A partner arrangement for managers who send us regular volume. We will talk terms directly rather than publish them.

We are a small Orlando operator, not a national booking platform, and we would rather do arrivals properly for a handful of managers than badly for everyone. If that fits how you run your properties, email booking@lenoxtransport.com or call (407) 308-2803.

Questions Guests Ask

Villa Transfers, Answered

Yes. ChampionsGate, Reunion, Solterra, Windsor Island, Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Encore, Storey Lake, Emerald Island, Bella Vida, Providence, Highlands Reserve, Celebration and the wider Davenport, Four Corners and Clermont area are all inside our regular service area. These communities are most of the vacation rental inventory around Orlando and a large share of the transfers we run. Send the full address with your request and the quote comes back priced for that exact door, not for a general area.
ChampionsGate and Reunion are roughly 25 miles from MCO, and Davenport and Four Corners roughly 30 to 35, almost all of it on I-4. Allow about 40 minutes in light traffic and closer to an hour at the end of the afternoon or on a Saturday. A Disney resort hotel is about 20 miles, so a villa transfer is a meaningfully longer trip than the airport-to-Disney run people compare it to. Our price is flat either way and does not change if the drive runs long.
Usually, and this is the question worth getting right before you book anything. Luggage, not seats, is what fills a vehicle on a rental week. An SUV suits a family of four to six with normal bags. Eight to fourteen travellers with a week of checked luggage, strollers and a pack and play belong in a Sprinter or a mini coach. Tell us the passenger count, the number of checked and carry-on bags, and any car seats or equipment, and we will size it properly rather than put you in the cheapest vehicle that technically seats everyone. Our fleet page has the full list.
Yes, at no charge, and they are installed and checked before your chauffeur leaves for you rather than handed to you at the curb. Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and boosters. Give us the ages of the children riding when you book and we will bring the right ones. This is the single most common reason families at vacation homes stop using rideshare, so we treat it as part of the service.
Yes, and it is a sensible way to do it — Publix and Walmart both sit a few minutes off the route to ChampionsGate and Davenport, and stocking the house on the way in saves driving back out that evening. Ask for it when you request the quote so the stop is priced in from the start. A grocery stop is quoted rather than free, because it is chauffeur time and a vehicle waiting, but you will see the number before you book it.
Not always, and it depends on your group. Two or three adults with light bags heading to Kissimmee should probably take a rideshare and we would say so. The villa corridor is where it stops working: an XL seats six but will not hold six people's week of checked luggage, car seats are effectively unavailable, a 30-mile run to Davenport is not the short cheap hop people expect, and a late arrival can surge. Splitting a large party across two cars usually costs more than one van and lands your family at the house twenty minutes apart.
Yes. For a larger group or a longer stay, one dedicated chauffeur by the day is often simpler and better value than booking every park run separately, and you get the same driver and vehicle all week. Day rates are published on our personal drivers page. Multi-day and full-week arrangements are quoted directly, because they depend on how far your rental is from where you are going each day and which vehicle you need. Tell us the dates and roughly what you have planned.
No, it is the normal case — most of these resorts are gated with a manned or coded entrance. Give us the community name along with the street address and, if your host sent one, the gate code or the guest registration instructions. Our chauffeurs run these communities constantly and know how the main entrances work. If the gate needs you to be registered in advance, that part sits with your host or management company, and it is worth confirming with them before you travel.
We track your flight, so a delay moves your pickup rather than losing it. Complimentary wait time runs from the moment the aircraft actually lands, not from your scheduled time — 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 45 on international. We operate around the clock and a late arrival does not change your price. Give us the airline and flight number when you book and there is nothing else you need to do from the air.
